Noteikumi

Šis dokuments ir līgums starp UAB “Interneto Pažintys”, Reģistrācijas numurs: 303488351, Juridiskā adrese: M. Valančiaus g. 7, LT-03158 Vilnius, Lietuva, un Jums (turpmāk – Apmeklētājs) par vietnes Seksam.lv (turpmāk – Vietne) lietošanu, kā arī noteikumiem (turpmāk – Noteikumi), kas jāievēro visām personām, kas apmeklē un (vai) izmanto tīmekļa vietnes pakalpojumus, tostarp personas, kuras nav pabeigušas reģistrācijas procedūru.

1. www.seksam.lv ir pieaugušajiem paredzēts erotisks iepazīšanas un savstarpējās komunikācijas portāls.

2. Reģistrējoties www.seksam.lv, persona apliecina, ka piekrīt visiem portāla noteikumiem.

3. Noteikumu neievērošanas gadījumā lietotāja profils var tikt dzēsts un personai var tikt liegta piekļuve portālam www.seksam.lv

4. Seksam.lv patur tiesības jebkurā brīdī mainīt portāla noteikumus, noteikumi stājas spēkā līdz ar to publicēšanu portālā www.seksam.lv

5. Lai kļūtu par www.seksam.lv reģistrēto lietotāju, personai jābūt vismaz 21 gadu vecai. Portāla administrācija nenes atbildību par tām personām, kas piereģistrējušās neievērojot noteikumus.

6. Piereģistrējoties portālā www.seksam.lv Jūs piekrītat šiem noteikumiem, t.sk. visām tajos veiktajām izmaiņām. Katra portāla www.seksam.lv lietotāja pienākums ir regulāri pārlasīt noteikumus, lai būtu savlaicīgi informēts par veiktajām izmaiņām.

7. Katrs www.seksam.lv lietotājs drīkst izveidot tikai vienu profilu.

8. Kategoriski aizliegts:

  • – albumā ievietot svešas fotogrāfijas
  • – publicēt vai izplatīt citas personas vārdu, uzvārdu vai citu personīgo informāciju bez citas personas piekrišanas
  • – savā lietotāja profilā un/vai sludinājumos norādīt tālruņa numurus.
  • – forumā, dienasgrāmatās (blogos) vai savā profilā rakstīt rupjus vai citu personu aizskarošus vārdus

Portāla dministrācija patur tiesības dzēst noteikumu pārkāpēja profilu bez brīdinājuma.

9. Portāla www.seksam.lv lietotājam ir tiesības jebkurā brīdī izdzēst savu lietotāju profilu, tādējādi zaudējot reģistrēta lietotāja statusu. Dzēšot profilu, tiek neatgriezeniski zaudēti visi ievietotie video, fotoattēli un VIP statuss.

10. www.seksam.lv administrācija patur tiesības jebkurā brīdī, turklāt bez iepriekšēja brīdinājuma dzēst/bloķēt personas profilu, kā arī liegt pieeju portālam, turklāt administrācija par šādām darbībām atbildību nenes.

11. www.seksam.lv administrācija patur tiesības jebkurā brīdī izsūtīt lietotājiem informatīvos un komerciālos materiālus.

12. Komerciāla rakstura aktivitātes atļautas tikai ar www.seksam.lv rakstisku piekrišanu.

13. Administrācija nenes nekādu atbildību par ļaunprātīgi izmantotiem profiliem, autortiesību pārkāpumiem un citām pretlikumīgām darbībām, ko lietotāji veikuši portāla www.seksam.lv ietvaros. Katrs lietotājs ir pats personīgi atbildīgs par jebkuru informāciju, kuru tas izvieto vai jebkādā veidā nosūta citiem portāla lietotājiem. Piekrītot noteikumiem lietotājs uzņemas pilnīgu atbildību par visām iespējamajām viņa darbības sekām, tajā skaitā arī tiesiskajām. Portālā www.seksam.lv aizliegts ievietot vai nosūtīt citiem lietotājiem:

  • video, audio un foto un jebkāda cita veida materiālus, kuru autortiesības pieder trešajai personai;
  • attēlus ar citu portālu ūdenszīmēm;
  • informāciju, kura aicina uz jebkāda veida prettiesisku darbību veikšanu;
  • informāciju, kas ir vulgāra vai jebkādā veidā aizskaroša.
  • informāciju ( datnes ), kas jebkādā veidā varētu traucēt datora un elektronisko sakaru darbībai ( drošībai );
  • nesaskaņotu reklāmu, spamu, ķēdes vēstules;
  • zemas kvalitātes fotoattēlus ar savu dzimumorgānu tuvplāniem;
  • visa cita veidu informāciju, kas varētu traucēt portāla www.seksam.lv darbībai.

14. Portāls www.seksam.lv neuzņemas atbildību, par gadījumiem, kad traucēta portāla darbība vai tas nav pieejams tehnisku uzlabojumu dēļ.

15. Portāls neuzņemas atbildību par jebkāda veida zaudējumiem, kas lietotājiem gadījušies 14. punktā minētajos gadījumos.

16. Visi portāla www.seksam.lv pakalpojumi tiek piedāvāti bez nekādām papildus garantijām.

17. Ja noteikumu pārkāpumu gadījumā lietotājam liegta pieeja portālam www.seksam.lv, tad nauda par neizlietotajiem pakalpojumiem netiek atgriezta.

18. Visas domstarpības risināmas kas radušās starp www.seksam.lv un tā lietotājiem risināmas pārrunu ceļā. Ja neizdodas atrast kopsaucēju, tad tās risināmas Latvijas Republikas likumos paredzētajā kārtībā.Maksājumi un atmaksas

19. Maksājumi un atmaksas

Maksājums par Premium dalības abonementu ir iespējams vairākos veidos:

  • SMS,
  • ar kredītkarti vai debetkarti
  • caur Latvijas bankām

Seksam.lv apņemas atmaksāt naudu šādos gadījumos:

  • Ja prece vai pakalpojums netika nodrošināts
  • Ja Apmeklētājs saņēma nepareizo preci vai pakalpojumu, par kuru viņš samaksāja
  • Ja Seksam.lv atcēla pasūtījumu, bet neatmaksāja naudu
  • Kāds cits izmantoja Apmeklētāja kredītkarti

Seksam.lv nav atbildīgs par to, ka Apmeklētājs ir iegādājies abonementu un neizmanto Vietnes pakalpojumus, kā arī šādā gadījumā nauda netiek atgriezta.

Nauda netiek atgriezta arī tad, ja Apmeklētājs, kurš ir iegādājies Maksas pakalpojumus, ir veicis šādas darbības:

  • Pievienojies vietnei Seksam.lv
  • Sūtīja ziņojumus citiem Vietnes apmeklētājiem
  • Apmeklēja vietnes daļas, kas ir pieejamas tikai Apmeklētājiem, kuri ir iegādājušies Maksas pakalpojumus

Terms and conditions of website

This document is an agreement between UAB “Interneto Pažintys” and you (hereinafter – the Visitor) regarding the use of the Seksam.lv website (hereinafter – the Website), as well as the rules (hereinafter – the Rules) that must be followed by all persons who visit and (or ) using website services, including persons who have not completed the registration procedure.

  1. www.seksam.lv is an erotic dating and mutual communication portal intended for adults.
  2. By registering at www.seksam.lv, the person confirms that he agrees to all the rules of the portal.
  3. In case of non-compliance with the rules, the user’s profile may be deleted and the person may be denied access to the portal www.seksam.lv
  4. Seksam.lv reserves the right to change the rules of the portal at any time, the rules come into force upon their publication on the portal www.seksam.lv
  5. To become a registered user of www.seksam.lv, a person must be at least 21 years old. The portal administration is not responsible for those persons who have registered without following the rules.
  6. By registering on the portal www.seksam.lv, you agree to these terms, incl. any changes made to them. Every user of the www.seksam.lv portal is obliged to regularly read the rules in order to be timely informed about the changes made.
  7. Each www.seksam.lv user may create only one profile.
  8. Categorically prohibited:
  • insert other people’s photos in the album
  • publish or distribute another person’s name, surname or other personal information without the other person’s consent
    – indicate phone numbers in your user profile and/or advertisements.
  • write rude or insulting words in the forum, diaries (blogs) or in your profile
    The portal administration reserves the right to delete the profile of the violator without warning.
  1. The user of the portal www.seksam.lv has the right to delete his user profile at any time, thereby losing the status of a registered user. Deleting a profile permanently loses all uploaded videos, photos and VIP status.
  2. The administration of www.seksam.lv reserves the right at any time, moreover, to delete/block a person’s profile without prior warning, as well as deny access to the portal, and the administration is not responsible for such actions.
  3. www.seksam.lv administration reserves the right to send informational and commercial materials to users at any time.
  4. Activities of a commercial nature are allowed only with the written consent of www.seksam.lv.
  5. The administration bears no responsibility for misused profiles, copyright violations and other illegal actions performed by users within the portal www.seksam.lv. Each user is personally responsible for any information they post or send in any way to other users of the portal. By agreeing to the rules, the user assumes full responsibility for all possible consequences of his actions, including legal ones. On the portal www.seksam.lv it is forbidden to post or send to other users:

video, audio and photo and any other type of materials, the copyright of which belongs to a third party;
images with watermarks of other portals;
information that invites any type of illegal activity;
information that is vulgar or offensive in any way.
information (files) that could in any way interfere with the operation of the computer and electronic communications (security);
inappropriate advertising, spam, chain letters;
low-quality close-up photos of your genitals;
all other types of information that could interfere with the operation of the www.seksam.lv portal.

  1. The portal www.seksam.lv does not take responsibility for cases where the portal’s operation is disrupted or it is not available due to technical improvements.
  2. The portal does not assume responsibility for any kind of losses that users may incur in the cases mentioned in point 14.
  3. All services of the portal www.seksam.lv are offered without any additional guarantees.
  4. If the user is denied access to the portal www.seksam.lv in case of violation of the rules, the money for the unused services will not be returned.
  5. All disagreements that have arisen between www.seksam.lv and its users shall be resolved by negotiation. If it is not possible to find a common denominator, then they can be solved according to the procedure provided by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
  6. Payment and Refunds

Payment for the Premium Membership subscription is possible in several ways:

  • SMS message,
  • by credit or debit card
  • through Latvian banks

Seksam.lv undertakes to refund the money in the following cases:

  • If the product or service was not provided
  • If the Visitor received the wrong product or service for which he paid
  • If Seksam.lv canceled the order, but did not refund the money
  • Someone else used the Visitor’s credit card

Seksam.lv is not responsible for the fact that the Visitor has purchased a subscription and does not use the Website’s services, and in such a case the money is not returned.

Money is also not returned if the Visitor who has purchased Paid Services has performed the following actions:

  • Joined the Seksam.lv website
  • Sent messages to other Site Visitors
  • Visited parts of the Website that are only available to Visitors who have purchased Paid Services
